We are pleased to offer a return policy for unopened hair extensions within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. While our return rates are low due to the high quality of our extensions, we understand there may be rare instances where a return or exchange is needed.
Eligible Returns/Exchanges:

Hair extensions must be unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging, with the safety seal intact.

Any tampered, opened, or worn products are ineligible for return or exchange.
2. Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges

The original shipping cost paid is non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees.

We recommend using a service with tracking to ensure your package is safely returned. Posh Extensions is not responsible for lost packages.
3. Lost or Unregistered Shipments
Posh Extensions is not responsible for unregistered shipments or items sent without a tracking number. We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking for your peace of mind.
4. Why Are Opened Extensions Non-Returnable?
Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the packaging’s safety seal is broken.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Upon approval, we will provide you with the return address in Los Angeles, California.

Ensure the product is returned unopened, in its original packaging, and without any defacement.
Note: Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.
6. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned extensions are inspected and verified.

Opened or tampered products will not qualify for refunds.

7. Exchanges for Incorrect Color
We understand that selecting the perfect color can be challenging. If you need a color exchange:
